I have been trying very hard to read the book Making Babies, A Proven 3-Month Program for Maximum Fertility but life is BUSY and midwifery books must come first. From the parts I have read, it seems to be the first book out there that truly combines holistic methods of understanding and increasing your fertility with Western medicine. It even has a section on Maya Abdominal Massage! Since it might take me a long time to review this book, I wanted to encourage my readers to go ahead and find themselves a copy. What I've read so far I love and I feel this book fills a much needed void of information on natural ways to increase fertility. I will definitely be recommending this book to my friends who are trying to conceive. If you do read it, let me know what you think.
thank you for passing this book along. i have "taking charge of your fertility", but was looking for another book. i'll let you know if it works!

I've actually taken the Maya Abdominal Massage self care course, and I've had the work done on myself. It is amazing massage work! If you have a tilted uterus you should try to find a certified practitioner to work on you.

I just invited a practitioner of Mayan massage to a birth worker Happy Hour I've been organizing and thought what she shared was fabulous! I will definitely be getting the word out on this wonderful technique. I hope to take the self care course sometime in the future when life slows down (smile).
